hey i have completed 18 months training under my previous ca but now i have taken termination from there in dec and posted my re-registration form (103)to kanpur 1 month ago with late fine but didn't get any letter from icai and i have to submit my examination form of pcc then in this situation from which ca i should signed the form. please help me

I also faced the same problem; in that case i submitted the form 103 to institute before and signed my form from my new employer,
the form indicates that your CA certifies that you have completed 15 month articleship. it is not necessary that you have completed articeship from him. so get it signed by your new CA since you are employed under him from the date mentioned in form 103 and you are submitting the from after that date so get it signed by your new employer. Institute taken minimum 2 months to send the transfer approval letter but you must have the stamped copy of form No. 103 which you got stamped while submitting form 103 to institute. This will help in any extreme case.
