I am a C A final student, doing my articleship at Bangalore.
I will be writing my exams in May 2010, when it is best suitable for me to take up the Indirect Tax subject coaching? i heard that there would a quite a number of amendments in the law by the time i take up my exams.
Plz help on the above matter.

Hi I am a CA Finalist & I wanna join CS as even my B.Com is also over, so I want to ask few things..

1) Will my articleship which is already going on be eligible for CS internship& help me gain exemption from CS internship? & what formalities do I have to do for that??

2) Since I have completed my B.Com I will be entering into 2nd level of CS directly but is there a rule that such a student has to compulsorily give both the groups one by one or is it possible to give both the groups at once only??

Please answer correctly & with due care since it is matter of my career & time...

Please give me your precious opinion on my query, I am the CA Foundation student in earlier year and I got the eligibility certificate in that time, but I did not completed my foundation, pls tell me know, shall I able to continue the CA course? If it yes, pls tell me for which course, i, e (CPT or PCC) I should join.

My Freind was doing CA but did not clear final exams.....He is CA-inter..........Also he didnot appear in exams for last 12-13 years as he went overseas.

Now he wants to continue and finish his studies.WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS WITH HIM TO DO SO?

i have converted from PCC to IPCC. After i pass the first group, do i have to work under the same CA or can i get a transfer done. what is the rule according to new provision given on March 27, 09 for the above case.

Can anyone please confirm me whether i can convert/opt for industrial trainee in the same city where i m working as an article ....as per the new notification dtd. 27/3/09...will this notification is valid in this case also that i cant convert to industrial trainee after the date prescribed by the council of ICAI...please clarify me on this point and tell me the exact procedure to go for industrial training...
