WHAT SHOULD BE THE CONTENT OF NOTES TO ACCOUNTS WHAT ITEM SHOULD BE INCLUDED

In the notes to the account all the disclosures required by the Accounting Standards issued by the ICAI and the disclosure required by the Schedule VI of Companies Act 1956 will come. For this you may refere any annual report of listed companies.
