I have registered for ICWA Inter., but yet not received the study material. Please advice me the reference books for ICWA inter level.

The present limit is 156days no.If i use up all the 156days,Can i still get 3months off before my attempt for preparation(if yes,is there any regulation or rule regd it?Can i say to the principal that i will come after the exam to work and for then to give me 3months leave)?or is it at the discretion of the principal(the number of days i get for preparation)?
Or is it like if i used only 100days,i get 56days for preparation?This is not the case of EXCESS LEAVE.

My friend had given CA Final group II in May'11 and cleared the same, now she has given group I in Nov'11.

we want to know whether the Group II marks would be adjusted in the aggregate, after considering Group I marks which are yet to be declared.

whether a set off or adjustment of individuals group can be obtained in the other?

I'm pursuing articleship in a small firm in New Delhi but now seeking transfer to a good firm. And that is because I'm not getting the required exposure in my current firm. Can anybody here please recommend me some firms in Delhi itself where I can get the good exposure of audit and assurance. Please do reply. I'll be very obliged.
