Articleship student leave

This query is : Resolved

11 January 2012 The present limit is 156days no.If i use up all the 156days,Can i still get 3months off before my attempt for preparation(if yes,is there any regulation or rule regd it?Can i say to the principal that i will come after the exam to work and for then to give me 3months leave)?or is it at the discretion of the principal(the number of days i get for preparation)?
Or is it like if i used only 100days,i get 56days for preparation? This is not the case of EXCESS LEAVE.

11 January 2012 officially 1/6 days leave are allowed however in actual u can take any number of leaves depending on the understanding between u and ur principle....
as far as regulation is concern 99.99% CA firms does not follow all this its the only paper work.....
so work hard study and after CA party hard....
