i had lost in nov 11 ipcc attempt & that was my 5th attempt.am eligible for a 6th attempt( may 12)or do i have to re-register? please help me.

My articleship got completed on 30/1/2012.
Can I submit form 108 on 24th february. Is the date within time limit. And also is whitener allowed on form 108. As I have used it. And my sir has even signed the form.

My articleship was completed on 6th Feb 2012. As my articleship was completed few days back only, i have not recd any confirmation letter from the institute. and Form 108 is yet to be submited.

Now my query is that, after filing online exam form for ca final attempt May 2012, is it necessary to submit any documents along with the exam form?? Will it be enough if i have filled up my form properly i.e selected category (COMPLETED ARTICLESHIP) and submit only the exam form??

pcc student - 1st group cleared and exemption in tax got in may 2011 exam and in November 2011 exam i got Costing 68 & IT 24 now the question is i have to give only IT exam ???? or any of the exemtn with IT.....pls reply fast

Hi i just cleared PCC in Nov 11 attempt i just want to know what is the procedure for Final Registration,& what is the registration Fee? & also what is new course & old course, should i register for old course or new course.

i lost both the groups again in PCC fourth attempt.Same margin of marks as i got previous attempt very low marks in accounts & Costing.Please help me how to improve the marks.As of my part theory is ok but the problamatic subjects are not at all working well.

We comply clause 49 of LIsting Agreement.

our Chairman is Non-Executive and also promoter of the Company.

Then we have 3 Whole-Time Directors (i.e. Vice-Chairman, Managing ditector and whole time director) and 4 Independent Directors. Total we have 8 Directors of the Company.

If Chairman resign and we will not appointed Chairman of the Company, then what would be composition of Board ?
