I have a prop firm with S T Registration since 2006. I want to cancle the registration but I was not file any return till date as I had not collect single rupee of s tax & nor had any turnover till S Tax limit. How should I cancelld ? plz suggest

Hi CCI members icai has issued a notificatoin regarding cpt exemption. In this notification it is mentioned that after 45 days it will come into force. If it will be true then there is further mentioned that such candidate who has exempted from passing cpt can appear after completing practical training under (REGULATION 50). I want to know that of witch type of this practical training is? is it that training witch a student has to undergone for three years under a ca or it means only a student has to register only for IPCC for nine months. If it is three year practical training then it means I have to start my article training before clearing ipcc. And also icai has mentoined that ANY PERSON can make a suggestion or objection within 45 days. But i have not found any link in the icai website to make suggestion. please suggest me that how can i file a suugestion in the website.

if there is any exemption the icai office should have officially announce it becoz today is the last date for ipcc registration with late fee.. and if news is incorrect we can apply for cpt n start studying for it ... please post correct information which is helpfull for PG students dont confuse us so much.... please reply...

I cleared executive level in december 2011 attempt and now I wish to join CS firm for 15 months training. Right now i'm working in CA firm as a ROC Executive.

Please let me know if there is any vacancy in good CS firms where I will be getting good working experience.

may-2012,nov2012 & nov2013 and not eligible for any further exemption in any other paper of the group till may-2013. what is it mean? please tell me as soon as possible.

i want to know the criteria for CMA-Final ranking.
since i cleared final in dec-11 attempt both groups with 446 marks
Group 3- 220 marks
Group 4- 226 marks

I want to know that that is that any rule that ranking is allotted to only first attempt holders?

My status is
Attempted group 3- in dec 2010 failed.
Attempted both groups in June 2011 failed.
attempted bith groups in Dec 2011 cleared both groups?

Let me know my possibility to be a rank-holder?
