Cpt exemptoin notificatoin

07 March 2012 Hi CCI members icai has issued a notificatoin regarding cpt exemption. In this notification it is mentioned that after 45 days it will come into force. If it will be true then there is further mentioned that such candidate who has exempted from passing cpt can appear after completing practical training under (REGULATION 50). I want to know that of witch type of this practical training is? is it that training witch a student has to undergone for three years under a ca or it means only a student has to register only for IPCC for nine months. If it is three year practical training then it means I have to start my article training before clearing ipcc. And also icai has mentoined that ANY PERSON can make a suggestion or objection within 45 days. But i have not found any link in the icai website to make suggestion. please suggest me that how can i file a suugestion in the website.
