Sir,
I have a prop firm with S T Registration since 2006. I want to cancle the registration but I was not file any return till date as I had not collect single rupee of s tax & nor had any turnover till S Tax limit. How should I cancelld ? plz suggest

Nil return in form ST-3 has to be filed from 2006 to till date. Then seek 'surrender of registration' online through www.aces.gov.in
