Anyone can say if any person get 54% in Degree level(12+3) then he is eligible for IPCC.

if you register after results the you dont get the exemptions but if you register provisionally then you have to just submit the mark sheet with ICAI & may claim exemptions.

I completed my degree in 2010, with a 54% then i am eligible for CPT exemption or not.

The scheme for exemption from CPT has NOT been implemented by ICAI.
