I am Passed T.Y. B com with second attempt over all percentage 56.86 percentage and in accounts 70 percentage. So can I apply for Direct IPCC exam.
Please suggest me.

I would be completing my articleship on 30th March'2012 and as per my computaion i do not have any excess leave but my principal has marked me absent for the ITT Training conducted by the Institute as well as for those days for which i have appeared for my exams of the institute, presently he told me that i have 39 Days of excess leave. I would be appearing for my PCC Group II Exam in May'2012, he was not ready to sign my exam form and made me wrote a declaration that i would be serving under him till my articleship completes without taking a single day leave (sounds to be impractical)but this is the fact after that he signed my form and is giving me threatning that if i do not follow his instructions he would give that letter to the Institute. Please tell me how should i deal with him. Can i get credit as well as my stipend which have been deducted by him for those days. I am Registered with EIRC.

Pls solve the below query

A private Limited company having 2 directors Mr.A and Mr.B. They both are the subscribers to the Memorandum of Association. The company does not have any shareholders. The above directors are only two shareholders. The company has increased the capital but it has not given any allotments to any one. The directors designations have been changed. Mr.A., Managing director and Mr.B director of the company. Now disputes arrived between both the directors and Mr.A wants to remove Mr.B.

Can anyone please give the solution. Its a bit urgent.

Dear experts plz clear my doubt regarding notification issued on 23 feb. will the 45 days be considered from notification date or when the copies of gazzete of india on which the ammendments regarding cpt exemption are published are made available to the public. plz rply it z urgent.

i have cleared both grps of my ipcc and have enrolled myself for cs executive and my attempt of cs executive will be in dec 2012. do i need to undergo all the training programmes conducted by icsi like SIP, EDP, PDP etc?? also am i supposed to undergo the 15 months training required by ICSI?? kindly reply at your earliest.
