17 March 2012 Dear Members,

I would be completing my articleship on 30th March'2012 and as per my computaion i do not have any excess leave but my principal has marked me absent for the ITT Training conducted by the Institute as well as for those days for which i have appeared for my exams of the institute, presently he told me that i have 39 Days of excess leave. I would be appearing for my PCC Group II Exam in May'2012, he was not ready to sign my exam form and made me wrote a declaration that i would be serving under him till my articleship completes without taking a single day leave (sounds to be impractical)but this is the fact after that he signed my form and is giving me threatning that if i do not follow his instructions he would give that letter to the Institute. Please tell me how should i deal with him. Can i get credit as well as my stipend which have been deducted by him for those days. I am Registered with EIRC.

Please Advice......

21 March 2012 ITT and Exam days are part of article training as per training module of icai.
refer this training module to u r pricipal.it is available on website or find in frequently asked questions.
