MR.X is whole time directors in ASP pvt ltd.and he is also director in ANR pvt ltd .
the ANR pvt ltd did not file any annual filing with ROC? If they any damage to wholw time director? Advice me?

Sir in Notification Dated 23rd Feb. regarding cpt exemption it is declared that such candidate can appear for IPCC examination after completing practical training for 9 months under regulation 50. I want to know What type of this practical training is ?.

In the coming may 2012, i am appearing for CA final exams (group-1)so should i register for the upcoming batch of GMCS in the june2012????

I have passed my IPCC in May 2010 and so I am eligible for CA Final in May 2013.

But i have heard that now with new notification i am eligible in Nov 12.
