sir I have completed my CWA inter..and want to take direct admission in IPCC..Is it possible??..There was a proposal of taking direct admission for graduates and professionals..Has it been approved yet??..

One of the service provider is providing Power Backup connection to his client and for which he charged Fixed Amount Rs, 9 per Sq ft and on which he also charged Service Tax total bill Amount is Rs 62980/- So I want to knw whether TDS to be deducted on it???
the above service provider is also providing Maintenance Service to his client..

Accounting standards-DS Rawath-2009 edition(upto 32 accounting standard)
C Law-Munish bandari - 2009 edition
SFM-Pattabhiraman-2009 edition
Auditing-VK Agarwal-2009 edition


Pl tell me whether the above books are sufficient or can i go for purchase of fresh new editions.
if above books are sufficient what are additional books(for updations from 2009) or institute publications are to be purchased.

pl help me with your guidance.

Our clients have registered certain name under name availability with ROC for Incorporating a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) which has been approved by ROC but now they are willing to Incorporate a Private Limited Company with same name instead of a LLP. They cannot wait for 3 months for epiry of registered name under LLP.

Is there a way-out to cancel the Registered name with ROC and to incorporate a Private Limited Company with same name.......

Please guide me in this matter.

This is kishor from Bellary(karnataka) I am doing Article ship in a small firm, I am thinking to do CS too is there any use for doing this course.
I am from poor background, interested to do other courses along with CA.
Is there any suggestions apart from doing CS is there better courses to doing.
