I want to confirm the applicability of revised schedule VI for Nov 2012 CA Final Exams.

My final attempt is due on May 2013

Please tell whether it would be good if i take tuition from now onwards

Some people are suggesting that there would be many changes for May 2013 so i should take tuition in last 6 months as there has been significant amendments in the fiance act 2012. They are saying it would be difficult to correlated them by doing amendment classes.

Please friends suggest ur opinion what should i do

i would like to know that intervening holiday between exam does mean that any day coming in between of exams or only sunday (being a holiday) is only counted as intervening holiday between icai exams, which has to be given present by the employer.

what are the consequences of not mentioning the graduation course you are undergoing in the form 112????

Is t.d.s applicabl on invoices raised for commercial coaching and training services?

If yes, then what is the rate of t.d.s?

Dear Sir,I have completed ICWA and doing job in a private company..I am 30yrs old..and want to pursue CA..Is it a right decision to do CA at this age??..or it is too late now..If i will do CA what are the benefits i will get in future..bcoz it will take 4 to 5 yrs to complete, by that time i will become 36 or 37 yrs old..Is there any benefit of passing CA at 36 or 37???
