22 May 2012 hello..

i have passed my IPCC exams in november 2010, and started my articleship in 21st of feb 2011...

will i be eligible for finals in may 2013???
please solve the problem..

22 May 2012 no dear sandip your 1st attempt for c.a finals in november 2013. as 2.5year should be completed for c.a final attempt.

I Agree with Expert....

Firstly Complete or completing prescribed period of articled training i.e. 3 years (including excess leave, if any) on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held;

Or
Serving last 6 months (including excess leave, if any) of articled training as on the first day of the month in which examination is held.

05 June 2012 thanks.... but in the icai site, its mentioned that atleast 2 years have to be completed. it was not mentioned for ipcc student 2.5 years should be completed.
