Registration of name with roc in form 1 a - mca

22 May 2012 Dear Friends,

Our clients have registered certain name under name availability with ROC for Incorporating a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) which has been approved by ROC but now they are willing to Incorporate a Private Limited Company with same name instead of a LLP. They cannot wait for 3 months for epiry of registered name under LLP.

Is there a way-out to cancel the Registered name with ROC and to incorporate a Private Limited Company with same name.......

Please guide me in this matter.

File Form1A with such new name and take NOC for using such name with the applicant and promoter and file the same with such Form.
