what to do if your employer(CA) is not giving stipend?

Helo everyone....i want to know that whether anywhere in icai code or site their is written that we cant take coaching classes in the coaching institute other than icai or not??? Whether your answer is yes or know,say me where it is written...please help me out of this query...

can any one suggest me which book to be refered for CS final. i have heared reg Suchita prakashan and Reliance Publication books.
Pls refer if possible for each and every subject individually. your expert guidance will be very helpful for my quick carrer.

I wish to clarify a doubt.i.e An employee can avail the HRA Exemption when he claim Int. on Housing Loan availed by him to construct the house?

2.An employee can avail the HRA Exemption when he claim Int. on Housing Loan availed by him for the constructed house(assume it is situated at other than working place)?

I will appear in Nov,2012 for Ca Final.I want to become CA in first attempt.My articleship will be over in July 2012.After that how should i plan for studies? Which books should I refer?
