Sir/Madam. I have completed my graduation as well as 6 months of my articleship in a firm in kolkata.I am finding it difficult to continue my artcleship here. My father's ill health and the rising expenses he has to bear for my stay in kolkata, being the reasons. But my Principal has denied me transfer. Though my father has talked to him a couple of times. he seems reluctant to give me transfer. Please help.

WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN CA FINAL EXAMINATION IF A STUDENT DOING HIS ARTICLESHIP BEYOND COMPLETATION OF TWO YEARS.

I HAVE PASSED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC IN NOV-2011. BUT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSING CERTIFICATE TILL NOW.BUT,MY ALL FRIEENDS HAVE OBTAINED IT SAME. WHAT I CAN DO.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IN CASE OF NON OBTAINING IT ON TIME. PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER ADVICE BCOZ I AM LITTLE CONFUSED.

for pcc students period of articleship is 3.5 years and permissible leave is 180 days. can i get a stipend for these 180 days also?
can anybody provide the relevant regulation also?

What is the status of passing the amendment of that every B.Com graduates can directly do IPCC with out writing CPT. Weather parliament is passed the amendment.
