Can any one help me to classification regarding LPG Valve & Cylinder For LPG Kit for Two Wheeler. As Party Purchase from Dealer he classified as 5% but as MVAt act 2002 nothing found in such Schedule C. Any one help me to it Classified in Schedule C or Schedule E ????? 5 % or 12.5% ??????/

It depends how you classify your product, whether as auto spares or spares for lpg kit. You may check the schedule accordingly
