For not obtaining passing certificate

I HAVE PASSED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC IN NOV-2011. BUT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSING CERTIFICATE TILL NOW.BUT,MY ALL FRIEENDS HAVE OBTAINED IT SAME. WHAT I CAN DO.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IN CASE OF NON OBTAINING IT ON TIME. PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER ADVICE BCOZ I AM LITTLE CONFUSED.

Call up the Institute and ask them. You may have to apply for a duplicate pass certificate.
