Transfer from articleship

06 June 2012 Sir/Madam. I have completed my graduation as well as 6 months of my articleship in a firm in kolkata.I am finding it difficult to continue my artcleship here. My father's ill health and the rising expenses he has to bear for my stay in kolkata, being the reasons. But my Principal has denied me transfer. Though my father has talked to him a couple of times. he seems reluctant to give me transfer. Please help.

The Institute says that you can take transfer only with the consent of principle and File Form 119 with the Institute. I will suggest you to make further request for transfer to your principal and if again they not convince contact with Institute for the same.

10 June 2012 Thank you Mr Ajay, but will the insti help me if i am still not able to convince my principal??
This clause(transfer available only if the principal consents) makes us articles so helpless. Is there no other way out??
