1. The Company is in the Business of Online Advertising.

2. The Main Service Recipients such as CRISIL, SNAP DEAL, SHAADI.COM, NAUKRI.COM etc.
Contact an Agent who in turn contacts Advertising agencies such as ADCHAKRA, G LISPA (German Company), KOMBLI, NETWORK PLAY, OZONE, TYROO and OMG who in turn contact ABCD NETWORKS MEDIA LLP.

3. ABCD NETWORKS outsources the work to publishers who are located in the various parts of the country. Also certain In-House publishing work is done by In-House Team (comprises of Staff employed by them).

4. ABCD NETWORKS remits payments in the nature of commission to the outside Publishers (only if the outside publishers generate minimum Threshold revenue of 50 US Dollars) on which TDS @ 1% or 2% as applicable is deducted.

5. Outside Publisher includes a publisher based in U.S.

6. The In-House Team is paid a Fixed onthly Salary.


QUESTION:

WHETHER THE SERVICE WILL BE TAXABLE UNDER BUSINESS AUXILIARY SERVICE OR ADVERTISING AGENCY?????????????

Please let me know whether its compulsory for CA students to do SIP program and computer exam while doing CS.

Hi...I am cost accountant as well as CS and already working in a gud PSU as an accounts officer. Now i am also interested in doing CA but need one clarification regarding whether i will get exemption from CA articleship if already working in finance sector.
Kindly reply soon if i m eligible Or CA Institute has made any provision for working people to encourage them to enter into CA course.
