MY CA FINAL IS DUE IN NOV 2014.I WANT TO KNOW THAT FROM WHEN I MUST START MY PREPARATIONS & START TAKING TUTION????

taking tutions is always a personal choice
and you can join whenever the batches and time suits you
there is no adhoc time limit, but according to me a student must start fully flown study before10-12 months of CA final
you should start working on your basics now and can get an advantage of this when start focusing on exams
