Please send me the format for consent of director for appointment in EGM

My day of articleship is from the date of 20/09/2012 but i got the letter stating that there is problem in the form 112 then i submitted the form 112 as soon i received the letter on 10/12/2012 but up till now i didn't recd my articlship registration letter .

is the registration letter is compulsory to take transfer..?
i hv given the interview in other firm they told to join the firm on 1st feb.

can any one help regarding this so pls..

I am completed my CA-Articles but i didn't complete my CA-PCE now i want to write the exams is there any possibility to write the exams?
In May 2013 examination notification ICAI will not announce about the PCE.
Is there any possibility of conversion from PCE to IPCE?
If there is a possible how much fee i should have to pay?

hi.i have recently given my ipcc exams in nov 2012 ..i would like to start preparations of my ca final exams a.s.a.p..will it be a good idea considering the sylabus keeps on changing with ammendments..also which authors shd i refer to for ca finals and how shd i go about studing subject wise

I am doing articleshp and lso undergoing bcom from DU-SOL and the same is informed to ICAI with form 112. Now, i want to join CS as well. Am i eligible to take the 3 courses all together?
If yes, is there any exemption of CS training for CA students?
