My query is whehter an articled assistant can pursue more than one course during articled period like ca,cwa,cs and ignou degree without sending Form 112 to icai .What may be the consequences of it

during the articleship if i attend office more than 40 hrs per week and also attend office on sunday & i want to take transfer. sunday should comp off against my excess leave?

The days attended by the articled trainee in the GMC course (New scheme May 2012)is considered as leave in the article ship period? Our Boss suggested me to work additional 30 days to cover the un -attended days. As per the new guide lines , is it considered as leave?
