17 January 2013 I am completed my CA-Articles but i didn't complete my CA-PCE now i want to write the exams is there any possibility to write the exams?
In May 2013 examination notification ICAI will not announce about the PCE.
Is there any possibility of conversion from PCE to IPCE?
If there is a possible how much fee i should have to pay?

Please clarify my query.
