whether it is necessery to pass both group of ipcc for registration GMCS-I.as per the annonucment of the icai it should be done within 1 year of article ship but if a student is not passed his 2nd group in 1 year what's its effects.

Sir i have a query. i want to take transfer in first year. but my CA said till he dont get the letter from the institute of my starting of articleship he wont sign. that means i cant take transfer because it would take 3-4 months to get article reg. letter. but there is my name under his membership number. what do i do sir. Dear Experts,

Right now I'm doing my CA Final and have 5 months article ship pending.

Bcoz of my financial problems, I've decided to go to abroad for Job. So I've to terminate my articles and I've to leave.

Suppose if I terminate the articles and leave to abroad and again when I return to India and again continue my CA, whether I've to do for the balance articles period or for the full 3 years.

Please help me in this regard. Urgent.
