Sir i have a query. i want to take transfer in first year. but my CA said till he dont get the letter from the institute of my starting of articleship he wont sign. that means i cant take transfer because it would take 3-4 months to get article reg. letter. but there is my name under his membership number. what do i do sir. PLZ Reply

I will suggest you to go to the Institute and get article ship commencement letter, then you file Form-109 for transfer.
