The following categories of students are eligible to register directly for Intermediate (Integrated Professional Competence) Course without passing the Common Proficiency Test (CPT):- 1. Graduates or Post Graduates from Commerce stream having secured in aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade or other Graduates or Post Graduates having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognised University (including Open University).
2. Candidates who have passed the Intermediate level examination or its equivalent examination by whatever name called conducted by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
I will suggest you to contact nearest Institute for the same to resolve your query. Because you are from Finance not from Commerce Stream.

i am a bcom graduate with 50 percent ,12 th class with 62 and Post graduate in business Admintartion with spcilization in finance with 59.90% through correspendence cource from SCDl

I think you are eligible for the IPCC direct entry scheme because of to get the eligibility to enter into direct IPCC required for commerce back ground UG or PG students is has to pass minimum of 55% of marks and for non-commerce students required Minimum of 60% of marks.
For the purpose of computation of markes percentatge any fraction which is half or more shall be rounded to next number.
Thus you got the 59.90% of marks in your PG thus it shall be considered as 60% for the purpose of calculation of marks for getting eligibility to direct IPCC as per the above provision.
So i think you are the eligible for direct IPCC.
