As per the announcement of the icai GMCS I should be done whithin I year of articleship,
but if a student is not passed the 2nd group in I year of article ship What will it effects ?
pls reply as early as possible

It will not be any effect. Because of to do GMCS 1 condition is has to go for GMCS 1 in the first year of articleship to start articleship required qualification of Group 1 of IPCC. So qualification/unqualification of 2nd group of IPCC will not make any effect on GMCS 1.
