pls suggest me best reference book for direct and indirect tax ca final may 14 attempt

i am student of ipcc, i have been registered for my articleship in august 2011, acording to registration in articleship my final attempt was due in may 2014, but till now my group 2nd of ipcc is pending, my question is if i will get clear my group 2nd of articlship in february 2014, then can i give my final exam in may 2014.

My query is that i am a CS so i will avail exemption from three papers of intermediate examination of CMA. Is the same is applicable while submitting postal papers? i mean to say will i have to submit postals of all 8 subject or only for 5 subjects?

Actually, I am Preparing for my 2nd Group in May 14 & taken SFM Coaching earlier in Nov 12 batch. Now the problem is I am Washed off with all the techniques of SFM and Getting problem to retain the formulas.

Dear sir,
Imported goods which are subsequently exported in the same form or different form is called duty drawback. so my query is that if a person buy some readymade garments from local market in india and then subsequent he exports the same outside india ? can he claim duty drawback ?
