I have registered me in GMCS batch through online but when i was filling the form for registration that time i did not received the acknowledgement letters so i would like to know that now what should i do for receving my acknowledgement letter?

sir i am going to have my final attempt in may 2016.i just want to start preparation from now so there are some subjects which usually change with the ammendments.please suggest me what are the subjects to be started and what not please sir will be waiting for your reply.

Please guide me in this issue.

1. Converted from PCC to IPCC
2. Period of articleship: 3 and half years.
3. Can appear for CA Final 6 months before the articleship gets completed
(unlike IPCC where the same period is of 1 year)
4. Date of completion of articleship: 18th November 2014

If CA Final exam is conducted in May' 2014, I am not eligible to write the exam just because of 18 days. (1st November,2014 - 18th November, 2014)
(As per rules, articleship should get completed within 6 months from the commencement of the exam, in my case that ends on 31st October, 2014)

If the exam gets postponed to June' 2014, will the due date of completion of articleship period also get postponed to 30th November, 2014 from of 31st October. 2014?

I am 25 years old and will appear in CS Professional Exam of DEC 2013.
For this attrmpt i have not prepared any subject except Corporate Restructuring.
I want to ask that shall i continue with CS because i am not financially sound and also loosing interest in CS. I have cleared my executive in single attempt but when i came to finals i started loosing confidence,as all say that there is no future of a CS and my age is also increasing.

any clarification from icai regarding q.1.c and q 6.a of sfm ca final nov 2013?

AFTER MY IPCC IN NOV 2010, I STARTED ARTICLESHIP ON 15/02/2011 AND IT WILL BE ENDING ON 14/02/2014 AS ON RECORDS. MY FINAL ATTEMPT WAS ON NOV 2013. MY TOTAL LEAVE TILL 30/11/2013 IS 379 DAYS INCLUDING 1 YEAR HOLIDAY FOR FINAL CLASSES AND PREPARATION. DURING FILLING EXAM FORM IN AUGUST 2013, MY BOSS SIGNED THE FORM AS WELL AS CLAUSE THAT MY ARTICLESHIP WILL BE ENDING ON 14/02/2014 IN “CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE” PART. BUT INSTITUTE AGAIN SENT THE “CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE” TO ALL STUDENTS WHO HAD THEIR FINAL ATTEMPT FOR FIRST TIME AND IT WAS TO BE FILLED AND SIGNED AND SEND BACK TO ICAI TILL 15TH DEC 2013 SO THAT THEY WILL PUBLISH RESULT.

what is the provision of gmcs under direct entry scheme?

please help. sir want munshi bhandari law book for ipcc relevant for nov 2014 exam. is it ok to buy the books which is available in the market.but my doubt is that the may not be updated as per the requirement of new companies act 2013.
and same problem with auditing also.
please please help friends.
