One of my Friends want to terminate her article ship. But she served for more than a year. Now she wants to leave for one year due to some reasons and want to continue after such period. IF she continue her Articles after one year is she get a claim of one year completed period as articles period?

is there any announcement about ca final exam date sheet

Hell Sir
We are works contract engineers taking up NHAI high way projects,
we have applied for ST Registration in the year 2008 and applied for cancellation of the same after we got exemption of service tax on maintenance projects of high ways.
on looking our status online we found to our dismay that it not still cancelled, and is active. Need to file the returns from 2009 onwards even though we have nil ST dues. If we come under Reverse charge mechanism need we have to continue file returns for the left period ? ( 2009 to 2013)

Credit of hours spent more than office hours can be set-off against leaves?

Why do companies take Market value for ascertaining COE?since what they get during issue is face value+premium?

And please explain the growth concept also(my confusion:shouldn't growth be ignored as it pertains to future years and for ascertaining COE,we just take cost per year)..
