Sir, I have queries regarding form 109.
In form 109,while writing leaves......
exam days are counted or not?,
exam leaves are counted or not?.
In the space of "TIME SPENT IN WEEKS" how the calculation is done?
Credit of hours spent more than office hours can be set-off against leaves?
Sir, please give reply ASAP.... its urgent..

Leave on exam days and in between holidays are treated as working day only,,it is not a leave.

Credit for excess worked can be taken with the consultation and approval of your boss
.

just see how may weeks you have worked under him and mention details there
