IF A BUILDER HAS FIXED PRICE IN ADVANCE & HE HAS RECIEVED ADVANCE FROM THE CLIENT & BUILDING IS COMPLETE BY 20 PC. SUDDENLY COST OF CEMENT GOES UP BY 3 times ,HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS SITUATION ?

I registered for ipcc on feb 9,2013 under transition scheme(cpt to ipcc). I have not been completed ITT and OP nor registered for article training due to health problems. now What should i do for to appear in may 2014 attempt or nov 2014 otherwise.Guys please help me

My CA FINAL is due in nov 14 and my firm will allow 4 months for exam preparation. I can go for industrial training from may 14 and will be allowed 2 months as exam preparation. If I go for industrial Training then I will be able to give only 1 grp (any one). So, my question is whether I should go for Industrial Training or not?

I am unable to understand why do we need to pay stamp duty on MOA and AOA. Also, our company is increasing its authorised share capital wherein we need to pay stamp duty again. I am not sure as to why we need to pay stamp duty again.

I hve completed my BCOM graduation in 2005. and working from then as accountant. My current pay scale in 17k. i want to go for further study . i dont want to do ca or cs since its a long time time course and expensive too. I want to study further so that i cat get a better pay. right i know service tax, vat, audit, tds .bcoz if i want to change my job the problem i face is the present generation candidate are qualified like ca, cs, frm, . company prefers that sort of candidate rather a bcom graduate with 5 years experience. I request to kindly suggest me a course where i can work and study and which will help to grow further. Pls suggest.
