I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN CA FINAL NEW COURSE EXAMINATION IN DETAIL...PLZ. HELP ME....

IF A STUDENT HAS A DISPUTE WITH THE SUPERVISOR IN THE EXAMINATION HALL WHETHER TO USE A PAD IN THE EXAM HALL OR NOT AND HE USES THE PAD IN SPITE OF DENIAL BY THE EXAMINER BELIEVING THAT THE USE OF THE PAD IS ALLOWED IN THE EXAM HALL AND THE SUPERISOR IS WRONG, CAN ICAI TAKE ANY ACTION ON THIS STUDENT ON THE GROUND OF NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE SUPERISOR'S INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EXAMINATION?

hi friends.
this is abhishek. today only my last paper pcc it sm is over. it was worst. my flowchart was wrong and i fear i would get 40 or not.
expected marks
a/c 65-70, law & audit-60, tax 55-60, cost & fm-50, audit-40-42.

my problem is should i start studying 2nd group from now or wait till the result. also my bcom exam is in april 09

plz tel me importance of atending first day of law ca final by munish bhandari as i wil not able to atend first day due to sum personal reasons.do they start teaching at first day of class only

My frnd told me to do ACS after the IPCC Examination and also said that it gives a better future. Pls tell me what is ACS, Is CS is related to ACS. Wheather it is difficult to do or not. It is useful or not. Kindly pls say some details about ACS.
