16 November 2009 IF A STUDENT HAS A DISPUTE WITH THE SUPERVISOR IN THE EXAMINATION HALL WHETHER TO USE A PAD IN THE EXAM HALL OR NOT AND HE USES THE PAD IN SPITE OF DENIAL BY THE EXAMINER BELIEVING THAT THE USE OF THE PAD IS ALLOWED IN THE EXAM HALL AND THE SUPERISOR IS WRONG, CAN ICAI TAKE ANY ACTION ON THIS STUDENT ON THE GROUND OF NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE SUPERISOR'S INSTRUCTIONS IN THE EXAMINATION?

16 November 2009 Yes ICAI Can take because supervisor can wrongly point out that there was something written in that pad and regarding denial by him that student continue writing so please take care this in future

16 November 2009 the supervisor had not checked my pad. other students were allowed to use the pad in other classes, i m afraid. i had the same dispute with the examiner...........
