is use of any other pen(apart from blue) & pencil is allowed in pcc exams?

i have passed my pcc nov 2009 exams and i wanted to give final nov2010 exams only 1st group..what reference books can i get for law and audit..?also since i have very little time(courtesy articles)can i go in for studying from module for these2 sub along with the compiliation..?will it be enough..?

i did not clear pcc nov 09 G-ii attempt,this being my 2th attempt of pcc.somwhere down the line there is a problem inside me.Despite knowing everything i failed.
Sir this time i dont want to take any chance as this will be my last attempt
as directed by my parents.
CA is my dream and i want to prove myself by hook or crook.
Please guide me so that i do not repeat the same.

hey guys !!!!! i wanna know that my articleship of 3.5 yrs is ending on DEc 2010 but i hv taken 3 mnths of excess leaves.... can i appear in nov 2010 final exam and cover those 3 mnths after the attempt ??? plz post ur replies????

despite my all efforts and hard work. i didnt get succeed in passing ca final first group (old course). My 2nd group is clear. i want to know that upto when i can give final exams for old course and if i wish to change my course from old to new then what i have to do. if i not get successful in clearing my final exams till last attempt for ca final old course, then what will be my fate. can i afterwards give exams from new course or i have to start from beginning? will i not get benefit for PE2 after last attempt?

helo sir..i could not clear my pcc exams in my first attempt in nov09..so will be giving it again in may10 and m sure then i ll definately crack it..all i wntd to knw is will my final attempt be delayed coz of this?? as i have nt stoped my training. wn wud be my final attempt?
