what is the next if pee-ii not cleard in may-2010(last attempt). and what about students have completed articleship and cleard one of the group and got exemption in remanining group ?

please advise ?

I cleared my PCC Group-I in June-09 & not yet cleared Group-II. If i clear my IInd Group in May-10 (i.e. if i get my PCC pass results in July-10) & if my articleship gets over in June-10, CAN I APPEAR FOR C.A. FINAL-NOV.-10???

Please help me. Is change of place of business of parent (beyond 50 km) a valid reason for transfer?

I have made profit in f&o transaction of Rs.85000 in the month of January,2010.
I am not a regular trader so i don`t want it to be treated as business income. Can i treat this transaction as investment income & pay short term capital gain on the profit of Rs.85000 @ Rs.15% ?

i recently attended an interview(first interview) at an infrastructure company not with an intention to get selected but to gain some interview experience which will be helpful in future. To my surprise i got selected for the post of senior executive in the internal audit department with an handsome pay. But i got 6 months of articleship yet to be completed. I requested the company to give the offer letter after completion of my articleship.But the company is reluctant to that. They said if i want to join, then it should be now only. The company profile is very good. I'm confident that i have a bright career in that company.
what should i do now? please advice me.

Please help.My principal agreed to give me certain extra leave on the condition that he won't issue cheques for the period i am present.I assumed it depended on mutual consent.Also our office is small size so there's lot of free time doing nothing.Now the situation is that i've taken extra leave of 2-3 months from him and also worked overtime during some audit and income tax filing period.Of course he's not giving me any credit for the extra hours worked.On the contrary,as on paper it appears as if i have taken 10-12 months of extra leave, he's giving me an undue extension in the period of articles. Moreover,I don't have any proof against him. I know it is my mistake to some part in making such an arrangement with him in the first place, but i was uninformed then. I am not as sorry as to serve extra period,as i am to serve it under him as i don't trust him anymore. Ignoring that leave, I am left with approximately 8 months of articleship. Can i re-register with some other CA for my remaining period of articleship?
Please help.I can't continue working under him.If you don't provide me with any solution i will be left with only two options,first, leave CA .Second,and i am not exaggerating,Leave this world.Plz prevent me from doing any of the two.
