09 February 2010 i recently attended an interview(first interview) at an infrastructure company not with an intention to get selected but to gain some interview experience which will be helpful in future. To my surprise i got selected for the post of senior executive in the internal audit department with an handsome pay. But i got 6 months of articleship yet to be completed. I requested the company to give the offer letter after completion of my articleship.But the company is reluctant to that. They said if i want to join, then it should be now only. The company profile is very good. I'm confident that i have a bright career in that company.
what should i do now? please advice me.

I think you continue with your articleship training. You will get more opportunities in future. And since you wanted only experience of interview and were not concerned about selection, keep that in mind. This experience was to give you desired confidence, which you have got.
