Whether the manufaturing unit registered under factories act 1948 & also covered by excise act needs to obtain service tax no. & file service tax returns though it is not paying any frieght & claiming other Service tax credit ?

Sir , my ca final attempt is due on May 2011. Sir I am also hearing that traing period of pcc students might be reducd to 3 years . Sir, I want to know is there any change of its happpening? So that i can prepare myself for the exams if I have to give it in Nov 2010.

i m in CA final, i did my final year graduation in 2009 through correspondence & did first year( 01.05.2006-30.04.2007) from college.
i did not send form 112 at the time of starting or training i.e on 01.01.2007.
whather i m required to send the form???
is there any penalty of late sending the form.

Now I am confused whether to send FORM 112 to New Delhi, Chennai or Noida.

i have submitted my exam form for may 2010 pcc exams. but later on i found that in FORM-A i have not filled one information(point 8b)which is of completion of 100 hrs ITT course.
but i have filled the other details regarding it like ITT certificate no. and date of ITT certificate.
i have competed the ITT course.

can there be any problem?
what should i do?
