hai frndsss...
i m in CA final, i did my final year graduation in 2009 through correspondence & did first year( 01.05.2006-30.04.2007) from college.
i did not send form 112 at the time of starting or training i.e on 01.01.2007.
whather i m required to send the form???
is there any penalty of late sending the form.

24 February 2010 yes u have violated the regualtion and u have to seek condonation by frm 112 , since institute wil not entertain condonation after 31st march, nothing to worry they view at liberal u may have to take consent from your principal that u have attended the articlehip without discontinuance, attending classess during trainig time shall not be excused u may have to do training for extnded periodor as per the decision of the council,if u have would have done in corrspondace beter not to tell as u attended college it gives negative impact
