Why did Reducing the PE-II pass percentage continuously,is there any reason???

I AM AN PE2 STUDENT M REQUIRED TO DO IT TRAINING IF YES THEN 100 HRS OR 200 HRS

I M PLANNING TO APPEAR FOR MAY2010

i got 58 marks in accounts, 53 marks in audit and 31 marks in law
is there is any chance for passing or got exemption in revaluation

my statement of marks are as below:
a/cs-67
audit-44
law-22.
ques 1. can i get exemption in paper1?
ques 2. now how much marks i have to score to clear group 1. is it 83(150-67)or 100 marks?

The next final attempt in may 2010 is almost 2 months away, and sadly, i haven't started studying yet (reasons like no leave from office, no time from classes etc etc aplomb, all useless!)]

Any tips on how to go ahead with the preparation? I do intend to give both groups though..

Hi i cleared PE-I exam in May 2005 and registered for PE- II immediately but not given attempt till Nov 2007. I failed to clear PE-II Nov 2007 attempt therefore switched over to PCC and started my articleship (3 & 1/2 years) on 27th January 2008. Finally i cleared my PCC attempt in Nov 2009 and registered immediately for Final (New Course). So please help me know when my Final (New Course) attempt is due ???

May 09 exam was postponed by 1 month to June 09.

so articled students got 1 month extra leave.

I heard that there is notification/circular from institute that 1 month will not be counted as leave.

Is it true??/

If yes, please send me that notification/circular.

Please can anybody help me to get out of this problem regarding rejection of article termination.I had applied for aticles termination in dec 09 due to suffering from some serious health problems and after two months i got rejection letter from the ICAI. I am not satisfied with ICAI action/Decision and also ordered that i have to coninue with my last principal auditor eventhough i am suffering from health problem. presently i am at my native place which is very far away(300KMS) from my principal auditors place. is there any alternative/procedure for me to get out of this. I need ur expert alternatives and please do the need fro my end.

My ICWA FINAL result DEC 2009 has been withheld by the institute because of CC related probz although I have completed all d necessary requirements like CC, Comp & Modular Tr & Project. I'm 4m Postal Coaching under WIRC. I appeared for Stage III & IV. I hv already send a mail to Directorate of Studies with scanned original photocopies of Postal Coaching Completion Certificate dated 22.04.2009 issued by WIRC, Comp Tr Certificate issued by Aurangabad Branch of Chapter, Acknowledgment of Project Submitted at the Aurangabad Branch of Chapter as an attachments. Waiting for their reply bt m not sure that they will....Sir, What more should I do as no one is co-operating i.e. Chapter & WIRC? Plz clarify sir.
