23 February 2010 Please can anybody help me to get out of this problem regarding rejection of article termination.I had applied for aticles termination in dec 09 due to suffering from some serious health problems and after two months i got rejection letter from the ICAI. I am not satisfied with ICAI action/Decision and also ordered that i have to coninue with my last principal auditor eventhough i am suffering from health problem. presently i am at my native place which is very far away(300KMS) from my principal auditors place. is there any alternative/procedure for me to get out of this. I need ur expert alternatives and please do the need fro my end.

24 February 2010 relying on the fact given in ur case, uhave not mentioned how much time u have left out in article tenure , r u interested to continue ornot, but i seems u dont want to discontinue , it easier to get trasfer of articles to another prinicpal near ur place by providng proof of bad health by producing doctors certificate , i think institute shall respond positively.

24 February 2010 my articles will complete in july month 2011. yeah i am interest to continue balance articles period at my native place only and not with the previous principal auditor(hyderabad).i had followed the same points given by you but our ICAI has rejected my application, i got this information by way of phone from the delhi branch ICAI people and they said in two more days rejection letter will issue to me.what can i do in this bad health condition? I think ICAI need to change/amend the existing policies immediately which will benefitable to those students who is suffering from some health problems.
