Respected Expert,
I am a CA-PCC student in Mysore, Karnataka aspiring to register for CS-Executive Programme. My principal has agreed and has signed for FORM 112.
Now I am confused whether to send FORM 112 to New Delhi, Chennai or Noida.
Please let me know where exactly I have to send the filled FORM 112.

You need to send the form to the divisional headquarters, i.e. in your case at Chennai as Mysore is in Southern Region of ICAI.
