Whether a member of ICAI who does not hold COP i.e. doing full time job can attest CA Final Exam form ???

i have cleared by both ipcc group and have joined articleship for three years, then after how many months later, i can appear for (final) group first exam?

Hi friends,
I had written APTECH computer exam on 23rd, through direct exam option. I got passed. But they said my certificate for that exam will come only after 30 days. Is that so? That certificate is must to appear for June'10 exam, So what shall i do?

Should we consider Provision for taxation, provision for doubtful debts & such other provisions while calculation of net working capital?

CAn anybody tell me that which one is better option to go for Internship or Industrial training?
If Industrial trainig better than, is there any vacancy right now for tranee want to industrial training?
How I come to know about related vacancy.

I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHEN CPT. REGISTRATION IS EXPIRED? IF A STUDENT HAD GOT REGISTRATION FORM ICAI FOR CPT. IN JULY 2007 AND HE WAS DULY GIVEN EXAM CONTINUE ( THAT MEANS 6 TIME CONTINUE FAIL)THEN HE CAN HOW LONG TIME BE REGISTERED WITH ICAI?
HE WANT TO ATTEMPT HIS EXAM IN JUNE 2010
HE CAN DO IT?

As per notification published on ICAI site SEBI guindeline are not applicable for CA Final Old courese May 10.

I am confused Whether all guidelines are not applicable CA final May 10 or particular guidelines.
