SEBI Guidelines for CA Final May 10

23 March 2010 As per notification published on ICAI site SEBI guindeline are not applicable for CA Final Old courese May 10.

I am confused Whether all guidelines are not applicable CA final May 10 or particular guidelines.

As per my understanding only SEBI ICDR Regulations 2009 which replaces SEBI DIP Guidelines 2000 are not applicable to the coming exams.

However SEBI DIP Guidelines 2000 are applicable.
