Hai,

I am an MBA graduate. Since i am interested in finance field i joined CWA and passed inter in 2007. Although i joined the final in an ICWAi chapter and attended classes, i couldnt attend the full classes because of some personal problems. So i didnt get my CC. now i wish to pursue my studies.but i am not able to get admitted to the chapter in which i intially studied.
I wish to know whether i can obtain CC from my old chapter or make a fresh register??
Is study by means of correspondance advisable?

AS per council notification,members are permitted to engage in teaching assignments provided maximum hours do not exceed 25 hrs in a week.If a practising chartered accountant intends to open institute for coaching ensuring 25 hrs provision,Whether this matter will come under general permission or special permission???Plz reply

but dont recived any registration number & any corrospondence letter from the said institute.

this is one of the case law in indirect taxes CCE VS Blowplast Ltd (2009) 236 ELT 631 (Delhi)

my query is what is 236 ELT 631 stands for?

also whether mentioning the case laws is compulsory?
