AS per council notification,members are permitted to engage in teaching assignments provided maximum hours do not exceed 25 hrs in a week.If a practising chartered accountant intends to open institute for coaching ensuring 25 hrs provision,Whether this matter will come under general permission or special permission???Plz reply

General Permission ( If subjects are related to profession ). If subjects are not related to profession then you should get specific permission.
